Bahr Machine Company, Inc. (BMC) was founded in April 1966 by Eduard Bahr in the San Fernando Valley of California. The company grew from developing products for the local community to developing its own products by the mid-1980s. These efforts focused on supplying replacement assemblies for the United States Department of Defense and rendered various government approvals. (List below includes government approvals to BMC.)

In 2003, the company relocated to Valencia, California to enable expansion in processing capabilities. Thereafter, Gregory Bahr became President and has continued the company’s operations and his father’s legacy of manufacturing the highest quality precision products since. Today, BMC is still an active vendor to the United States Department of Defense as well as businesses in the local community.
